At the present time most of the water sources within these communities are unclean and unreliable rivers and wells. In some areas water must be trucked in during the hottest times of the year, leaving families with little or no water on many occasions. By providing a clean reliable water source we can improve the quality of life and decrease the amount of illness due to water contamination within these communities.

The well perforation in the 3 areas in the north of Honduras 1) El Porvenir, Choloma 2) Aldea La Union, San Manuel 3) Aldea El Agauacate, San Antonio, which have a combined population of over 19,000 people. Each well will take a month and a half to complete, giving the total project duration of 4.5 months.

Total Project Funding: $33,480
